Thank you for visiting and shopping at Emortal Beauty, a Zip Ecom company. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policies. 

USA Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping delivery estimates
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. At times some of our products may be shipped from our warehouses overseas. If this happens, Please allow 15-21 business days to receive your order. We greatly apologize if this happens. If you do not receive your order within 21 business days of your order date, please email our customer support team at support@emortalbeauty.com. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Emortal Beauty and Zip Ecom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Emortal Beauty and Zip Ecom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do ship outside USA. Shipping times entirely depend on what country your order is being shipped to.

Return and Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
All items returned must be in new condition and undamaged.
To receive a refund: Your package must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed and inspected by our returns department, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the credit card used. This time is determined by your bank in which the credit card was used. Emortal Beauty and or Zip Ecom can not control the time it takes for your bank to refund the amount owed. Emortal Beauty will process your refund within 48 hours your returned product is received to us.

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM? 

Ok, no problem. Here's how:

-First, reference our return policy above and make sure the item(s) to be returned meet all of our criteria.
-Next, Please email our support team at support@emortalbeauty.com before returning any item. Please include what product you would like to return. Include order date and order number if possible. Your first and last name that was used to make original purchase.
-Lastly, swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. The return shipping charges are your responsibility.
